Gio Ponti was one of the most influential architects of the 20th century. He expressed and developed his activity in many different disciplines: architect, industrial designer, artist and founder of famous magazines, Ponti helped to establish the international fame of Italy as a hub of creativity and genius. Faithful to the principle that the present represents the past and points the way to the future, Gio Ponti searched for and expressed an original fusion of classic and modern in all his works.
